Overnight or tie up for the night!

Michigan's harbors offer a variety of amenities and activities for both vacationers and staycationers. Whether you're looking to sleep on your boat or tie it off for the night, Michigan harbors have something to offer all boaters.

Transient slip reservations – open to boats longer than 11 feet – are available to those staying up to two weeks (per reservation). Consider these options:

  • Sleep on your boat and enjoy the sights, sounds and surrounding community.
  • Head out on the water during the day and dock your boat in the evenings while you head back to the comfort of your home or rental.
  • Enjoy early morning or late evening fishing without maneuvering a boat launch in the dark – just slip in and slip out of the harbor when you want to tie up for the day or night.

To find available slips, be sure to click on the "Harbor" tab. Then, enter your specific search criteria (dates, boat type, length, beam and draft).
