Trump's $4.8 trillion budget proposal includes 26% cut to EPA

For the 4th year in a row, President Trump has proposed devastating cuts to the Environmental Protection Agency’s budget. The 4th time isn’t the charm. 
 
 
Buried in his 138-page budget proposal, the President put forward a plan to cut the EPA’s funding by 26% — eliminating at least 50 programs and imposing massive cuts to the agency responsible for protecting our environment. 
 
The Trump administration continues to prioritize corporate polluters over the climate crisis and public health. We’re fighting back in court — with about half of our 65+ lawsuits against the Trump administration focused on protecting our climate.
