A year ago today, President Biden and Democrats did what many political pundants and observers didn’t think possible - they passed a historic investment in America through the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
The passage of the IRA has helped grow the economy from the bottom up and the middle out by investing in our communities, creating new jobs, and making large corporations pay their fair share in taxes.
But Republicans have already tried to repeal many parts of the IRA. If the GOP grows their majority in the House, wins back the Senate or takes back the White House in 2024, we know many of these investments will be rolled back .
Will you make a contribution today to help us protect the Inflation Reduction Act and historic investment in America and Connecticut? [[link removed]]

These are just a few of the ways Connecticut is benefiting from President Biden and Congressional Democrat’s passage of the IRA.
It’s critical that we build on the progress of the Inflation Reduction Act by re-electing President Biden, our Democratic federal delegation, and taking back control of the 58% of Connecticut towns currently controlled by Republicans.
We need to come together to ensure historic investments in our state aren't rolled back. Your contribution today helps us in that mission. [[link removed]] Thank you in advance for your support.
Sincerely,
Susan Bysiewicz
Lieutenant Governor
