A federal appeals court was hearing the Justice Department’s
appeal of a July 4 decision in Missouri v. Biden that ignited
pro-freedom rhetorical fireworks across the nation. Judge Jennifer
Elrod compared the Biden censorship regime to the Mafia: “We see
with the mob . . . they have these ongoing relationships. They never
actually say, ‘Go do this or else you’re going to have this
consequence.’ But everybody just knows.”
