Donald Trump Indicted in Georgia 2020 Election Probe


Hi, it’s Roland Gutierrez, the Democratic TX State Senator running for U.S. Senate against Ted Cruz.

An Atlanta grand jury indicted Donald Trump and over a dozen allies last night in the probe into his efforts to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results.

This is Trump’s fourth indictment in four months. Until this year, no former American president had ever been indicted.

My opponent, Ted Cruz, is still actively supporting Trump and using his role in the Senate to protect him at every turn. He even accused Democrats of standing in the way of democracy.

Look, Ted Cruz does not deserve to represent the good people of Texas. His blanket support of Trump disqualifies him – and he should be ashamed of himself.
