The wildfires are currently being contained, but their devastating impact is still unfolding.
Thousands of people lost everything when their homes and businesses burned to the ground. The death toll is currently at 99, making this the deadliest fire in modern U.S. history. Right now an Americares Emergency Response team is on the ground in Hawaii meeting with local partners to assess immediate health needs and offer our support for the long road ahead.
