Republican candidates on the ballot in Mississippi are among the most extreme in the party: AG Lynn Fitch, who is running for reelection this year, is most well known for being the attorney general behind the Dobbs Supreme Court decision that ended Roe v. Wade.
As we saw earlier this month, when a court struck down Mississippi’s lifetime voting ban against individuals with convicted felonies, real change is possible (and happening!) in the Magnolia State, and it’s thanks in part to folks like you who are helping to fuel the work that builds up to these huge leaps of progress.
