DWC Seeks Stakeholder Input on Dispute Resolution Modernization Efforts
DWC provides dispute resolution services relating to indemnity and medical necessity disputes to system participants using a multi-tiered administrative process consisting of benefit review conferences, contested case hearings, and appeal panel reviews.
We are conducting a survey to modernize dispute resolution technology services. Your feedback is important to ensure that future automation meets the needs of all Texas workers’ compensation system stakeholders. Please provide your input by completing this survey by September 15, 2023.
