Have you heard of CEQA, friend?

CEQA is the California Environmental Quality Act, an essential yet often misunderstood law that’s been around for over five decades.

Basically, CEQA requires that development and construction take into account the climate crisis, the environment, and public health to ensure that as we build, we do so sustainably.

Sounds pretty great right?

The California Environmental Quality Act offers Californians a tool to stand up for the health of their communities — every community deserves transparency and the power to speak up about potentially polluting developments so that decisions can be made with health and sustainability in mind.

But CEQA is under attack, as critics and opponents — mainly corporate developers who don’t want to abide by environmental protections — blame the law for problems that are far beyond this critical law.

We’re clearing the air by meeting these myths with hard facts. Our latest blog provides you with all you need to know about the California Environmental Quality Act, plus some inspiring success stories. Check it out → [link removed]
