We need to be honest: This month has been the toughest for our campaign yet.

Why? Let us quickly explain:

Summertimes are generally a difficult time for political fundraising — and August is known to be one of the most troubling months. But this August has been much more difficult than we anticipated.

With kids returning to school soon and summer coming to a close, we understand that you may have other priorities right now, priorities that are more important than contributing to a political campaign.

But the reality is that even when things get hard and priorities change, we still need everyday folks like you to stand by our side so we can continue our movement for a better California and country.
