I am delighted to share with you news that bears witness to the spirit of unity in our great nation.

Hi Friend,

I am delighted to share with you news that bears witness to the spirit of unity in our great nation.

The No Labels movement, the voice for America’s growing commonsense majority, has achieved a momentous feat. As reported today by the Associated Press ([link removed] ) , the North Carolina State Board of Elections just approved the No Labels Party of North Carolina, making it now 10 states that have granted ballot access to the No Labels movement!

These 10 states are: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota, and Utah.

This triumph is a testament to the power of citizens like you coming together for the collective good.

These 10 states include 61 million people, or about 18 percent of the U.S. population. They provide 95 electoral college votes, or about 18 percent of the total Electoral College that selects the U.S. president and vice president.

These states are you.

This significant milestone reflects the growing demand for choices that resonate with the genuine desires of the American people.

Dr. Benjamin J. Chavis, a distinguished civil rights leader and National Co-Chair of No Labels, sees this historic victory as a celebration of democracy. He says, “The No Labels movement has achieved a significant milestone, winning ballot access in 10 states. This is a historic victory for Americans who have said loud and clear they want more choices at the ballot box. The spirit of democracy is winning in America today.”

Former North Carolina governor Pat McCrory, National Co-Chair of No Labels sees the momentum growing. He says: “The No Labels movement winning ballot access in 10 states is a milestone and there are many more to come, because the American people so clearly want more choices on the ballot in 2024. Our message of common sense resonates in communities across the nation.”

A survey ([link removed] ) No Labels ([link removed] ) released last week ([link removed] ) underscores the resonance of our message with the American people. In eight crucial presidential election battleground states, a staggering 63 percent of registered voters say they are open to supporting a moderate independent ticket in the event of a Biden-Trump rematch. And 69 percent support the efforts of groups like No Labels to get on the ballot in case an independent candidate chooses to run for the presidency.

For over 13 years, No Labels has stood as a steadfast advocate for the commonsense majority. Now we are working relentlessly to get ballot access in states all across our beloved country. As we navigate the path ahead, we remain open to offering our ballot line to an independent Unity presidential ticket should that be the clear choice of the American people.
