NC Values Coalition

Dear Friend,

We have been hearing that the NC General Assembly is planning to vote to override Governor Cooper's veto of the “Gender Transition/Minors” Act (H808), the “Fairness in Women’s Sports Act” (H574), and the “Parents Bill of Rights” (S49) this Wednesday, August 16th.

We need to have a strong showing of pro-values conservatives present when they do. Already, LGBTQIA2S+ activists like Equality NC are organizing to fill as much of the gallery as possible (and effectively drown out our voice).

They are even going as far as to pay young people with $50 gift cards!

We need help to ensure our voices are heard, and our presence is felt. If you are free and able, would you consider joining us at the General Assembly in Raleigh this Wednesday?

If you are interested, meet us at the Legislative Building this Wednesday at 3pm. The Legislative Building is located at 16 W Jones St, Raleigh, NC, 27601. Once there, go to the 3rd floor, which is where you'll find the House and Senate chambers. Locate one of our NC Values representatives to collect your signs, stickers, and additional information (such as how to get in line).

For parking help, please visit NC General Assembly page: https://www.ncleg.gov/About/VisitorInfo

For any other questions, or if you are planning to attend, please email our Grassroots Director, Courtney Geels, at [email protected].

Sincerely,

Tami & Team,
NC Values
