FIRST: ActBlue, the fundraising platform nearly all Democratic Senate campaigns use to collect online donations, was rumored to be experiencing a decrease in year-over-year fundraising.

THEN: POLITICO reported that ActBlue had 32% FEWER DONORS in the second quarter of 2023 compared to the same point in 2019. That’s a MAJOR decline, folks.
