NEW: Arizona Projected To Add 159,000 New Jobs Over The Next Two Years
Arizona will add 159,473 new jobs over the next two years, according to new projections by the Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity. Maricopa County is projected to add 66,324 new jobs and Yavapai County is projected to add 1,519 new jobs.

The Arizona Department of Health Services established the Suicide Action Prevention Plan to combat suicide and save lives. NEW DATA: Maricopa County Ranks #1 In New Jobs
Maricopa County added more jobs than any county in the nation from December 2018 to December 2019, according to new data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Maricopa County, the fourth-largest county in the nation, gained 89,328 jobs in that time period.
Arizona Census 2020
Last month, Governor Ducey announced the launch of the AZ Census 2020 campaign, a statewide effort to ensure all Arizonans are counted in the upcoming census, which begins in March. AZ Census 2020 will focus on reaching traditionally undercounted communities.
