John,
Eighty-eight years ago today, President Franklin Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act into law. In doing so, our country made a promise that if you work hard and pay in, Social Security would be there for you when you need it the most.
But in recent years, this vital program has been under attack by Republicans. Just last month, Kevin McCarthy said he wants to create a commission to look at future cuts to Social Security.
This is unacceptable. All Americans should be able to retire with dignity and security. That's why I'm fighting back against any attack on Social Security, but I need your help to win this tough race.
Chip in before my mid-month fundraising deadline to help me win in 2024 so I can continue fighting to protect Social Security.

John – Republicans have made it clear that robbing hardworking Americans of the benefits they've earned is at the top of their extreme agenda. We can't let them get away with it.
I believe that after a lifetime of work, every American deserves a secure and fulfilling retirement. That's why I was proud to help reintroduce the Social Security 2100 Act last month to ensure seniors can buy groceries, pay rent, and retire with dignity. I'll always fight back against Republican attacks on Social Security and Medicare – but now I need your help.
On the 88th anniversary of the Social Security Act, chip in to help me reach my mid-month fundraising goal so we can protect my seat and allow me to keep fighting to defend Social Security in Congress.
Thank you,
Matt
