Dear Friend,
For over 50 years, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has worked to save lives and deliver supplies, care, and training to those in need. Today, our community (including you!) is bigger and more diverse than ever.
With World Humanitarian Day coming up on August 19, we’re uplifting our global staff of nearly 63,000 doctors, nurses, midwives, logisticians, and more, who work tirelessly every day to provide vital medical and humanitarian aid in more than 70 countries.
Our staff are committed to providing lifesaving care where it is needed most, regardless of the circumstances. With your support, we are able to go to places where other organizations cannot or will not. In some cases, MSF staff are the first people on the ground in the wake of a disaster.
This email was sent from the U.S. section of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), an international independent medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural and man-made disasters, and exclusion from health care.
