- The DOJ has “no right and no authority to criminally charge anyone for doubting the outcome of any election, no matter whether that claim is unreasonable or not,” argues von Spakovsky.
- The sheer number of politicians who’ve questioned election outcomes—ahem, Stacey Abrams and Hillary Clinton—are proof that the scales are weighted, he says.
