Our opponent just put his first TV ad on the air, and I almost can’t believe my eyes.

Using talking points they borrowed from their friends at the Trump White House, the ad tries to scare voters into thinking Marie wants to take people’s health care away. (This is all because she believes that health care is a right, not a privilege.)

Here’s what makes this more infuriating: Dan Lipinski’s record on health care is abysmal. He was the only Democrat in Illinois to vote against Obamacare, which expanded health care access to millions -- and he’s continued to work with Republicans to tear down the law. It’s no wonder that Dan wants to run away from his record, but we can’t let him pull the wool over voters’ eyes.

Let’s make sure voters have the facts -- rush a donation to our Rapid Response Fund and help fight back against Dan Lipinski’s lies:

Just hours ago, we shared with you our first TV ad -- a message that introduces Marie and what she stands for to the voters of the Third District.

Well, what we’re doing must be working.

The Lipinski team knows the only way they can win is by tearing down Marie with false claims and garbage Republican scare tactics. They see the same poll results we do: When the voters have the facts, Marie wins.

So let’s do everything we can to drown out lies with the truth -- chip in right now and don’t let the Lipinski campaign get away with smearing Marie:
