I’ve just received the latest edition of the prestigious Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and it has a critically important article for women.
This paper is from our latest research at UCLA called The Pink Brain™ Project.
In this study, which I helped design and ARPF funded, we discovered that our special form of Yoga is beneficial for women. Especially those concerned about preventing Alzheimer’s disease and may already be experiencing some memory decline. The intervention focused on breath work and Kirtan Kriya meditation, our dynamic, scientifically proven, safe, affordable, fast, easy and effective 12-minute memory exercise.
This was a very professional study and utilized a special form of MRI to measure brain activity.
The study revealed that our approach enhanced the brain area hurt by stress and linked with memory decline.
As I’m sure you recall, chronic stress is rather detrimental to your brain, mind and memory, as well as your heart and immunity.
So by reducing stress at its origin in the brain, you are rejuvenating your body, mind, and soul and preventing Alzheimer’s.
The program we use engages multiple senses and includes chanting or singing the sounds Saa, Taa, Naa, Maa, while tapping your fingers in succession from thumb to index, middle, ring, and pinky.
