A housing revolution is brewing. This year, genuine progress on housing supply is happening throughout the country, in states red and blue; urban and rural; northeastern, southern, midwestern, and western. Over 200 housing supply-related bills have been introduced in state legislatures this year so far, and there has certainly been no lack of would-be revolutionaries.
