Africa & Europe

Pray for Kenyans, that they will continue to be resilient and peaceful as they cope with the soaring costs of basic commodities following implementation of the Finance Act 2023. Pray that the ongoing dialogue between the government and the opposition will resolve some of the outstanding political issues that have in the past led to street protests.
Latin America

Praise God for the opportunity to sign an agreement with the Bolivian Justice Ministry. After years of faithful service to children and women who have suffered violence, IJM Bolivia has signed an agreement with the Justice Ministry. This key landmark will benefit the institution as IJM will provide essential training on trauma-informed care to those who interact with victims and survivors of violence. This will improve the institution’s ability to conduct cases in a more sensitive manner and will enhance the trust that citizens have in their government’s ability to protect them.
South Asia

Pray for new technology solutions to help us share data amongst partners and build a more unified anti-trafficking movement. We are really excited by the systems we are building, but these projects can be very tricky and complex. Pray we can find easy solutions that work for all our diverse partners, and that they feel excited to collaborate through data so we can all be more effective.
Asia Pacific

Please pray for the nations of Southeast Asia that have been struck by devastating typhoons. Let our collective prayers be a source of strength for those grappling with the aftermath, as they navigate through the challenges of flooding, property and livelihood loss, and the upheaval to their daily lives. We pray specifically for renewed resilience within the affected communities.
