Hold the Line Against a Reckless Biden Administration

I believe you, and all of America, deserve an honest answer as to how House Republicans are working to hold the Biden Administration accountable. My latest update in FOX News outlines how House Republicans are building a case for impeachment of Joe Biden. I believe Congress has a mandate from Americans and our Oaths of Office to protect our Constitution and country. Hunter Biden Profits Off "The Brand"

On Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee announced that they uncovered millions paid to the Biden Crime Family. Hunter sold Joe Biden as “the brand” and then took credit for Joe Biden’s visit to Ukraine as proof of value. Every American should read this thread and see the bank statements where Kenes Rakishev, a Kasakhstani oligarch, wired Hunter the precise amount for a sportscar that Hunter purchased one day after the wire was sent. This is another piece of evidence in the clear-cut case of influence peddling by Hunter and Joe Biden. See the facts from the Oversight Committee here.

Jack Smith's Secret Grand Jury

I wanted to update you on the ongoing legal matters related to President Trump. Jack Smith, on behalf of the Biden Administration, is leveraging Biden’s two-tiered system of justice to full effect to take down President Trump. Jack Smith used a secret grand jury in Washington, D.C. to gather evidence about a case filed in Florida. His actions circumvent the legal process of using the already established and in-district Florida grand jury to gather evidence. The only reason Americans found out about the secret grand jury is that the Federal Judge overseeing the case in Florida, Judge Cannon, demanded answers from Smith about this legal impropriety while reviewing a motion about conflicts of interest for a lawyer in the case. Judge Cannon is absolutely correct in getting to the bottom of Jack Smith’s circumventing the legal process to smear President Trump. Jack Smith knows that Washington, D.C. is the most political city in the world with nearly every resident working for or having a connection to the Federal Government—and most residents are democrats. Smith knew he couldn’t get everyday Americans on the Florida grand jury to sign off on his persecution of President Trump, so he used an out-of-district grand jury to bypass the normal legal process. The left wants to tell you this is a “fair trail” and that they are only interested in “justice,” but does using secret grand juries sound like fair treatment to you?

From Russia with Love

Former FBI Agent Charles McGonigal who kickstarted the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into the bogus claims that President Trump colluded with Russia is expected to plead guilty this week to… wait for it… colluding with Russians. You can’t make this up! The façade created by the left is crumbling around them, and Americans know the unprecedented attacks against President Trump were and are nothing but election interference.

Remember the Steele Dossier that was funded by Hilary Clinton and that the FBI used to abuse FISA processes to spy on the Trump campaign? It all links back to Charles McGonigal who violated US sanctions, committed fraud and worked for Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.

Stop the Invasion at Our Southern Border

Not only has Joe Biden allowed an invasion at our southern border that has seen 5.6 million illegal crossings since he took office, but his Administration is also now suing Texas for taking steps to defend itself from the invasion. I joined my colleagues in the House in filing an amicus brief to the Supreme Court supporting Texas. The Biden Administration is depending on a 1947 finding that the Rio Grande is completely navigable to justify their suit against Texas. That finding is inaccurate due to changes in river flow and depth. I hope the court justly sides with Texas and reaffirms that states have a right to defend themselves.

Stop Child Abuse and Genital Mutilation

As a doctor, you took an oath to do no harm. Further, you know biologically there are only two genders—male and female. It’s time to put an end to the gender transitioning of children. These mutilations of children cause irreversible harm and clearly violate doctor’s oaths to do no harm. These procedures are done with minimal counseling of the child and fail to address root issues like mental illness. Gender transitioning children is child abuse. We require you to be 18 to smoke, vote, purchase fireworks, etc. In fact, you must have parental permission to get a tattoo or to change your name if you are not 18. But woke liberals think that you can decide at 4 years old that you want to change your gender. The Democrats don’t want to hear from me on this issue, but I implore you to listen to the de-transitioned individuals that live with constant regret and countless medical complications. If you attempt to gender transition a minor, then you ought to be prosecuted. It’s that simple. I’m proud to cosponsor H.R. 3328 the Protecting Children From Experimentation Act of 2023 and H.R. 1399 the Protect Children’s Innocence Act.

Stop the War on Religion

On Tuesday, I proudly joined Congressman Chip Roy and 15 colleagues in standing up for religious freedom. In Finland, we are seeing a war on Christianity as Finnish member of Parliament Päivi Räsänen and Bishop Juhana Pohjola are being drug through court for simply expressing that they believe in traditional marriage as defined by the Bible—between a man and a woman. Regardless of your religion, it’s imperative we protect freedom of speech and freedom of religion from tyrannical definitions of hate speech.

Say No to 58+ Genders

Get ready for the left to cancel me on this one. There are not 58+ genders, there are two. Male and Female. When you apply for a passport in the US, those should be your options. Glad to stand with my colleague, Congresswoman Debbie Lesko, on this issue.

In the District

Local veterans organizations and community members will host a Stand Down event on October 4 from 9am–1pm at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Greenwood. This event will provide food, clothing, and medical care for veterans who are, or are at risk of becoming, homeless. Congratulations to Jimmy McCollum, a senior at Presbyterian College, who earned the title of All-American Scholar for the third consecutive season. The award was conferred by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The Association also recognized the Presbyterian College Blue Hose with the GCAA All-Academic Team Award for the seventh season.

Operation 85 is working to identify the remains of more than 85 recovered crew members of the USS Arizona who are buried in commingled graves at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Hawaii.
