Visiting Atchison This week I had a fantastic time visiting the Amelia Earhart Museum in Atchison! I'm grateful that folks from across the world can visit this fantastic museum to learn about and honor Amelia's trailblazing legacy. I had a very productive visit to Valley Hope of Atchison this week. I'm so grateful for the work the folks at Valley Hope are doing to help Kansans in our communities recover from drug and alcohol addiction. Junction City Coffee I had a great time grabbing coffee with folks at Stacy's Restaurant in Junction City and talking about the future of our great nation. Thanks for coming out! Council Grove Visit Grateful for the opportunity to stop by the Council Grove Rotary and give an update on my work in Washington. I will continue fighting to put our Kansas values first and get America back on track. Thanks for having me! Thanks for showing me around! Lower Energy Costs Act The average price of gas in Kansas was $2.25/gal when President Biden took office—now it's $3.65/gal. The Biden administration's reliance on OPEC and complete disregard for American producers has caused prices to spike at the pump. House Republicans passed the Lower Energy Costs Act to unleash American energy production, reduce regulatory burdens, and bring down costs for Kansas families. House Oversight Committee Uncovers Biden Family Payments The latest release of bank records from the Oversight Committee shows MILLIONS in payments to the Biden family from oligarchs in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. Bringing the total to over $20M in foreign payments to the Biden family. The bank records don't lie. We will continue to uncover the truth.
