Join us for International Youth Day with a virtual event featuring one of our newest Global Partners, African Education Program (AEP)!

Zambia-based AEP is approaching its 20-year anniversary, and we’re excited to celebrate the organization’s journey with co-founder and Executive Director Julie-Anne Savarit-Cosenza, as well as Lumuno Mweemba Chongo, Program Advisor of Amos Youth Centre.

Their presentation, Celebrating Youth Leadership: A Story of Community-Led Change in Kafue, Zambia, takes place on Tuesday, August 15th, at 4 pm ET/1 pm PT.

One of the Population Education program's summer interns discusses how the recent Supreme Court decision overruling affirmative action will impact K-12 schools. Read on to learn about some possible effects this landmark ruling might have on students and teachers in the years to come.
