Low testosterone comes for all men. Not, it may not be clinically low T, but testosterone does drop for all guys, beginning as early as age 30. And, sure, that drop is only 1% per year, on average. But as the years pile up, those levels dip lower and lower. Now, this isn’t a problem for everyone. Lower testosterone levels even have some benefits (they may make you more of a family man, for one). For some men, however, the slow reduction can also result in less energy, fitness, motivation, and libido.
