Johh,
This past Tuesday, Ohioans made it loud and clear that they don’t want the government intruding on their personal medical decisions.
In a historic turnout, people of all ages, political affiliations, and socioeconomic backgrounds came together in a massive movement to defend their votes in November. With over 3 million ballots cast, voters defeated Issue 1 — an extreme attempt to undermine citizen-initiated ballot measures and thwart the passage of a constitutional amendment to enshrine abortion rights into the state constitution on the ballot in November.
Johh, Republicans put our reproductive freedom in a constant state of danger. Even though 80 percent of Americans believe abortion should be legal, anti-choice politicians will use any tactic possible to control people's bodies. But the evidence is clear — in every election since Roe v. Wade was overturned, abortion has won.
It's time to keep the momentum going and keep delivering wins for our reproductive rights. As co-chair of the Pro-Choice Caucus, I am proud to stand up to those who would undermine our bodily autonomy and work toward winning a pro-choice majority in the House next November. But I need your support.
If we're going to win in 2024, we need to put in the work to strengthen our movement now. Before our mid-month deadline, will you make a donation of $10, $25, or whatever you can afford to help me fight for a pro-choice majority in the House?
