The Struggle for Freedom

Burmese democracy leader Lin Htet Naing, a graduate of the Bush Institute’s Liberty and Leadership Program who goes by the name James, is currently in prison for leading peaceful strikes against the military coup that unseated the elected democratic government in Burma in 2021 and jailed its leader.
