*South Kitsap*
*SW Lake Helena Rd *is closed east of the intersection with Wicks Lake Rd SW for a culvert replacement project. Wicks Lake Rd SW access will be via single lane temporary bypass road. Follow this link to view or download detour route flyer. [ [link removed] ]
Full depth pavement patching at the location listed below. Expect significant delays longer than 10 minutes:

Crews are doing various maintenance activities at the location listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:
* *SE Willock Rd* from Banner Rd to end of county maintained (TU)
*WSDOT Project Alert - Bethel Ave and Bay Street roundabout in Port Orchard*: Expect one-way alternating traffic with temporary traffic signals. Depending on weather, the roundabout will open this fall. Visit the WSDOT project page [ [link removed] ] for more info.

*Central Kitsap*
*Bangor/Keyport Sewer Project*: Expect moderate delays and one lane traffic in sections throughout entire project area from 8 am to 3 pm weekdays through August 18 for the decommissioning of the old sewer line:
* *Brownsville Hwy NE* between South Keyport Rd NE and SR 308 (Luoto Rd)
* *SR 308 (Luoto Rd)* between SR 3 and Brownsville Hwy NE
* *Silverdale Way NW* between NW Katy Pl and SR 308
* *Clear Creek Rd NW* between NW Mountain View Rd and SR 308
* *NW Mountain View Rd* between Clear Creek Rd NW and SR 308
*Mountain View Road NW* shoulder closure between Clear Creek Rd NW and Southern Boundary Rd for staging through end of September. Visit the project page [ [link removed] ] for more info.

Daytime closures on *NW Sid Uhinck Dr* between NW Chena Rd and NW Mirage Ln for construction related to the new Kitsap Transit Center.
*NW Lowell St *is closed between Silverdale Way NW and Erie Ave NW for private development culvert/crossing project (MO-TU).
Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes on *Ridgetop Blvd NW* for Comcast cable system upgrade work (TU).
Daytime closures through August 31 on* Illahee Rd NE* between Oceanview Blvd to Roosevelt Ave for a *North Perry Avenue Water District* water main project. Follow this link for detour route map. *North Kitsap*
*NW Scandia Rd* is closed 150 yards north of NW Virginia Loop Rd for a culvert replacement project. This project is anticipated to be completed in September.
Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes on *West Kingston Rd* between Miller Ray Rd and NE School House Ln for a pavement preservation project. Single lane alternating with flaggers in place. This project is anticipated to be complete by August 25, 2023.
Crews are chip and fog sealing at the locations listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:
* *Columbia St NE* from NE Lincoln Rd to Brockton Ave NE (TU)
* *NW Island Lake Rd* from Bennington Dr NW to Hillcrest St NW (TU)
* *Waghorn Rd NW* from Pioneer Way NW to NW Pioneer Hill Rd (MO-TU)
* *Indianola Rd NE* from Miller Bay Rd NE to Seacrest Ave NE (WE)
* *Jefferson Rd NE* from Marine View PL NE to NE Klabo Rd (TH)
* *Seatter Rd NE* from NE Klabo Rd to NE Jefferson Point Rd (TH)
* *Kegley Rd NW* from NW Mountain View Rd to 820 feet south of NW Mountain View Rd (FR)
* *NW Sigurd Hanson Rd* from 359 feet west of Central Valley Rd NE to end of county maintained (FR)
* *Schold Rd NW* from south end of cul-de-sac to end of road (FR)
*NE Point No Point Rd* remains closed to through traffic while crews facilitate flood remediation work. Access to local residents and service providers is open (Emergency Services, USPS, Waste Management, parcel deliveries etc.).
