This article from the American Bird Conservancy describes some of the ways that climate change is affecting birds. Warming temperatures are changing where birds live, the timing of their migration patterns and egg laying, and even the sizes and shapes of their bodies. Indirect impacts include fire and drought, sea level rise (which eliminates habitat), disease, and increasing conflict with other species.
