The Biden administration is more interested in promoting radical gender ideology than in helping poor people overseas. USAID was founded to help poor people and now we see that these poor people must accept gender ideology. There is a brand-new gender policy they are foisting on the world. Radical abortion groups love to gain credibility working with governments and then use that adjacency to power to persecute those who disagree with them.
