This week, Ohioans proved that when we come together to fight for our state, we can win.

The One Person, One Vote coalition led a tremendous effort to defeat Issue 1, which would have made it harder to amend the state constitution. This victory means that the November abortion amendment could very likely pass. We will be engaging in organizing efforts leading up to November, so stay tuned for more opportunities to get involved.

In the meantime, we continue to pursue our fight to prevent further electricity bill increases in Central Ohio. The Stop AEP Rate HIkes coalition is hosting a community meeting in Whitehall on August 16th. RSVP attend here. We will provide background on utilities and detail our plan to prevent further rate hikes by AEP.
