I’m reaching out to share the latest news about our race with you.

We’ve got 11 days left until Election Day, and our team is working tirelessly to turn out voters.

The good news is that all indications are we are neck and neck with Henry Cuellar. Turnout over the early voting period is up, which we believe will benefit us. We’ve held our own against his massive corporate PAC money war chest every step of the way.

But here’s the bad news: Henry Cuellar has three outside groups all spending at least six-figures against our campaign now. That includes the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Koch family’s political network — both of which have a history of only supporting Republicans at the federal level.

That could be trouble for us. They’re dumping in dark money at the last minute to try to save Trump’s favorite Democrat. They know Henry Cuellar’s been a consistent vote for corporate interests.

They’re afraid of Jessica because they know she will be a voice for the people of South Texas — not corporations and the 1%. But with their outside spending ramping up, we need to make sure that we continue to have the resources we need to compete.

Look, Henry Cuellar and these outside groups are upping their spending because they know that this race is competitive. They realize that we can win, and we will if our grassroots movement continues to step up and fight alongside us.
