Dear MoveOn member,
Former MAGA president Donald Trump is the first president in history to be impeached twice.1
And the first president to face criminal charges—now for a third time.2 A total of 78 criminal charges—44 federal charges and 34 state charges—all felonies, including attempting to overthrow our democracy.3
And the first president ever found liable for rape.4
And the list could go on.
John, the Constitution's 14th Amendment is clear: Someone who has "engaged in insurrection" against the United States is barred from serving in office.5
That's why MoveOn has launched an urgent campaign to disqualify Trump from the 2024 ballot. No one is above the law—especially not the serial-criminal former MAGA president who tried to overthrow the government elected by the people.
The violent January 6 insurrection brought us closer than ever to the end of American democracy—and we are a giant step closer to Trump finally being held accountable for enabling it.
But even with his four new felony charges, if he is still able to run for president, will justice really be served?
We don't think so.
If you agree, will you order your free "Disqualify Trump" sticker today?
This sticker is available at no cost to you, because we want the message to be spread far and wide: Trump can't openly try to overthrow our democratically elected government and then try to run it.
The problem is that being indicted will not automatically kick him off the ballot. This is why we launched the "Disqualify Trump" campaign and why we need your help to spread the word.
The nation's secretaries of state—the state-level officials who run elections—are the ones who actually decide whether Trump is constitutionally qualified to run for the presidency.6
With your support, MoveOn's campaign will remind and educate secretaries of state about the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and their duty to uphold the "No insurrectionists allowed" rule.
Get your free "Disqualify Trump" sticker and place it somewhere visible to join our efforts.
Thanks for all you do.

Want to support MoveOn's work? Book bans have skyrocketed thanks to right-wing state laws which have forced teachers to remove books from their classrooms. In response, MoveOn is launching a "Banned Bookmobile," filling it with books that the far right has banned, and driving it around to hand out those books, for free, in highly trafficked areas that will attract media attention. To keep the Banned Bookmobile up and running into 2024, we need your help.
