Fight for $15

**************************
John,

Starbucks claims to be "progressive," but we both know that you can't be a progressive company and be anti-union. In fact, Starbucks is one of the worst violators of labor law in modern history, illegally firing dozens of workers and racking up over 200 alleged violations of federal labor law. I was illegally threatened by managers at my store just for speaking up about what I experienced.

That's why we took the fight to Starbucks HQ, just a day after customers took action at stores across the country. At our Twin Cities rally, a customer even came up to workers leafleting outside the store and told them how proud he was. He said that we are the future of the labor movement and wants to make sure that Starbucks knows that customers support workers' right to organize.

Time and time again, Starbucks has shown they don't care about workers -- but they do care what customers think. That's why it's absolutely crucial to have you with us in this fight! We're going to keep showing up -- at Starbucks HQ and at Starbucks stores around the country -- until they listen. Join us and share in solidarity >>[[link removed]]

In solidarity,

Rachel Ybarra
