It has been an extraordinary week here at America First Legal. We have filed lawsuits, civil rights complaints, and briefs to protect our cherished American way of life from the radical left's harmful agenda. Our work this week hit at the woke bureaucrats and elites in both the private and public sectors that are undermining the law every day. For example, we filed a critical brief in the Fifth Circuit with Representative Jim Jordan and members of the House Judiciary Committee to stop government-sponsored censorship online. We also fought woke corporatism head-on by filing a shareholder lawsuit against Target after its reckless promotion of sexual material to children lost shareholders billions of dollars. We are saying enough is enough and demanding they answer for their illegal actions in court.
