Notice of Intent

Notice is hereby given on behalf of the State Board of Land Commissioners (SBLC) that the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) has submitted a Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules and Regulations as follows. OSLI is opening the public comment period to accept comments related to proposed amendments to the following chapters:

Chapter 4 - Grazing and Agricultural Leasing

Chapter 5 - Special Use Leasing

Chapter 6 - Wind Energy Leasing

COMMENT PERIOD STARTS August 10, 2023, AND ENDS AT 5 P.M. ON September 26, 2023

Comments are encouraged on any concerns, questions, or issues related to Chapter 4, 5, and 6 of the State Board of Land Commissioners' Rules and Regulations.

Copies of the proposed rules are available for review on the Secretary of State's website at rules.wyo.gov or by contacting OSLI at 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building, Suite W103, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
