Victoria Embankment
Nottingham Carnival is a spectacular multi-cultural event held at Victoria Embankment.
Numerous troupes from Nottingham and around the country will be taking part in the colourful Carnival Parade, which starts at 2pm and is free to watch at any point along the route. This year features phenomenal costumes and dancers, including Montserrat masquerades, moko jumbies from Trinidad and exciting bhangra for the first time.
On the Carnival site there will be live bands, DJs, steel bands, food and drink stalls and fairground rides. Entry to the site is just £5 when booked in advance (plus booking fee) and under 12s go free.

This all-day event showcases dozens of great real ales and craft beers from local breweries and beyond. Located around the park’s Victorian bandstand, the event will blend the tasty food and beer selection with live music and entertainment.
