A SCOTUS Case to Watch
Known as June Medical Services v. Russo (formerly June Medical Services v. Gee), this case challenges whether a reproductive health clinic can serve as a plaintiff in a lawsuit regarding abortion rights or if an individual must serve as the plaintiff.
