I was proud to stand against outside interests and extremists in the Ohio legislature in their cynical attempt to undermine the rights of each and every Ohioan - just as they did with the criminal bailout of First Energy, as they did in passing illegally gerrymandered districts to enshrine their rule, and now again in this attempt to silence citizen-led initiatives.

But our work is not done yet. With a critical election this November, and control of Congress on the line in 2024, we can’t take this moment for granted.
