We have major news to share: America First Legal has just sued Target Corporation and its Board of Directors on behalf of a Target shareholder for betraying Target’s customers and investors with misleading representations about its leftwing Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) mandates. 

Records show that Target assured shareholders that it was monitoring for political risks arising from the company’s leftwing ESG and DEI mandates. However, it is now clear that management was only concerned with pleasing leftist “stakeholders,” disregarding and ignoring the possibility that its customers and shareholders might suffer damages or disagree with funding their extreme, far-left agenda…  

Recall: Target embraced a radical far-left “Woke” agenda with its anti-family “Pride” marketing campaign, which pushed queer/trans propaganda directly to children.

For too long, large corporations have recklessly pandered to the left and bowed down to the twisted agenda of woke elites. We must ensure that no corporation can break the law to secretly push far-left garbage on our children, particularly at the expense of shareholders, without legal consequences. Enough is enough!
