Great news from Arizona, the Grand Canyon State!
An Arizona judge this week issued a favorable ruling ([link removed] ) upholding No Labels’ petitions for ballot access and rejecting all arguments put forward by the Arizona Democratic Party in its flawed challenge. This is an important win for American democracy and a testament to the power of over 41,000 Arizona voters who signed to give No Labels ballot access in Arizona. The court's decision to uphold the will of these voters — and the laws and system protecting their rights — sends a powerful message about respecting the choices of citizens and safeguarding their democratic rights.
No Labels will continue to fight so that Americans can have access to more choices and more voices in the 2024 presidential election.
