Our district is one of them.
Here's what that means: we know that our district has the votes to flip this seat blue. It will be incredibly tight and every vote will matter, but we can do it. Kirsten Engel is the right choice for AZ-06, and with the right support, she will win.
Being one of these targeted districts also means that this race is about to get a lot more attention.
The good news is that major Democratic groups are already targeting our opponent. The DCCC is calling him out for claiming to be a moderate Republican when in reality, he has voted in lockstep with MAGA extremists to attack abortion rights, cut funding for veterans, and take away manufacturing jobs.
The bad news is that we're also going to get a lot of Republican PACs and special interests coming after our campaign.
