My race will decide control of Congress next year. If we want to take back the Speaker’s gavel from MAGA extremists like Kevin McCarthy and Marjorie Taylor Greene, we have to win my seat plus five more.

I’m the first Democratic member of Congress of Korean descent. I’m extremely proud of my AAPI heritage and the work I’ve done to stand up against xenophobia and discrimination against the AAPI community.

I’m a dad of two and that’s why I helped launch the new Congressional Dads Caucus to advocate for policies that help kids and working families. We’re fighting for things like paid family leave, access to baby formula, and affordable childcare.

I’m proud to be a Future Forum member because we’re the next generation of Democrats who ran for Congress to get things done and bridge the divides in our politics!
