What better way to spend some time next week than making sure voters have the information and help they need to cast a ballot that counts?
Here are TWO exciting opportunities to help out next week:
Voter ID Assistance Training: Wednesday, August 16, at 7pm ET (4pm PT / 6pm CT). We’re looking for dedicated virtual and in-person volunteers to provide free voter ID assistance to eligible voters in key communities where VoteRiders has staff on the ground including Houston TX, Columbus GA, Atlanta GA, Pittsburgh PA, Orlando FL, Charlotte NC, Madison WI, and Milwaukee WI. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, computer savvy, passionate about people, and ready to get more involved this training is for you!

Carolina Letter Writing Party: Thursday, August 17, at 7pm ET (4pm PT / 6pm CT). Earlier this year, the North Carolina Supreme Court reinstated a restrictive voter ID law that will impact all voters, but especially low-income voters, young voters, and voters of color. Join us as we write letters to those voters to let them know what steps they need to take before the next election, and how VoteRiders can help them free of charge.
