• We keep digging to get to all the facts about all aspects of Biden family corruption.

Judicial Watch has been “on the case” about Biden family corruption since 2020, and we are currently pursuing multiple lawsuits on corruption-related issues ranging from influence-peddling in China and Ukraine, to Joe Biden’s secret U.S. Senate records. Wewill continue to uncover the rot of corruption in the Biden presidency!

• We continue to successfully use federal courts to help keep our elections honest.

We settled our federal election integrity lawsuit on behalf of the Illinois Conservative Union against the Illinois State Board ofElections to now grant public access to the list of the state’s registered voters for the past 15 elections...a critically important step toward ensuring its accuracy. Cleaner voter rolls mean cleaner elections, and Illinois voters now have the needed transparency to ensure their elections are cleaner and more honest...

...while in Maine, we filed an amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) brief supporting a U.S. district court decision that struck down the state’s policy restricting the use and distribution of Maine’s voter registration list. Just as we did in Illinois, we assert that federal law mandates voter roll transparency!

No other group matches Judicial Watch’s track record and expertise when it comes to bringing pressure on states to conform to do what federal law requires to keep our elections honest. And right now, our election integrity team are pouring through new electoral data, and preparing new “warning” notices to states that appear not to be in compliance with federal election law…stay tuned!

• We continue to fight to uncover the full truth about U.S. taxpayer dollars being used to support work in China that may have fueled the Covid pandemic.

We sued the Department of Homeland Security for records and communications related to a $2 million grant awarded by DHS’s Ground Truth Network to EcoHealth Alliance, a company which is implicated in “gain-of-function” coronavirus research at the infamous Wuhan Institute for Virology and elsewhere in China, the source of the Covid pandemic.
