We’re sure you saw the huge news that UPS workers, represented by the Teamsters union, have reached a “game-changing” contract deal with UPS management.

The deal will result in big raises for UPS workers across the board as well as more full-time jobs and much-needed workplace protections. And it wasn’t possible without over 340,000 UPS Teamsters members standing strong in solidarity with each other.

We are seeing a historic resurgence of the labor movement across our nation, from workers at UPS to Starbucks to Amazon. Simply put, this is a crucial time to support workers as they organize.

Ilhan has always stood for the right of workers to form a union and bargain for the better wages and working conditions they need.

That’s why Ilhan supports the PRO Act — which would further workers’ right to organize more than ever before — and it’s why her congressional office staff was one of the very first in Congress to unionize.
