Dear team,
As you know, a Texas District Court Judge ruled in favor of the Center for Reproductive Rights' plaintiffs last week, temporarily blocking the state's abortion bans as they apply to dangerous pregnancy complications. Within hours, Texas appealed the decision, blocking the ruling and once again putting the health and lives of pregnant people at serious risk.
The 13 patients and two doctor plaintiffs in this case, Zurawski v. State of Texas , have shown an incredible amount of courage in sharing their stories. Would you join me in thanking them by sending a message of support here? [[link removed]]

Each of these brave women have been through the unthinkable and reliving that trauma in court has been agonizing. No one should have to do that, but they did it to save other Texans from the same fate. They did it to hold the state of Texas accountable for the suffering their laws are causing.
Please, thank them for their bravery. [[link removed]]
In the hearings for this case, the state argued that some of the women we are representing no longer need to worry about the bans since they may not be able to become pregnant— as a result of physical harm caused by those same bans.
That's right—the very same women whose fertility may now be compromised due to being denied abortions by the state of Texas are being told they may have no grounds to sue as a direct result of the extreme trauma they experienced.
Texas has shown once again they will do anything to preserve their shameful abortion ban—even if it means women die or are no longer able to have children.
Send a message of support today and show these brave women that you're with them. [[link removed]]
