As you know, Medicare payment policy often establishes a standard that is then adopted by other payers including commercial payers and Medicaid. The Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and Outpatient Prospective Payment System comment letters will include recommendations across several key area which we will discuss during the webinar, including:

• Support CMS cracking down on hospitals and large health care corporations that keep prices hidden from patients through improving the Hospital Price Transparency rule, as well as urging CMS to go further in unveiling health care prices.

• Renew calls to protect consumers from irrational hospital bills and end unfair hospital billing practices through comprehensive site neutral payment policy changes.

• Applaud CMS' for taking a number of incremental steps towards advancing whole person care through increased investments for primary care services and payments to community health workers for the first time.
