Hi John,

Today is World Lion Day – and we really hope you will help us honour this special day by donating to support two special lions, in desperate need of a new home.

Your gift today could help give Tsar and Jamil a loving home for life. Just two and a half years old, these vulnerable orphans should be safe with their mum. But, exploited for human greed, they’ve already known a lifetime of misery.

Have you heard of these young brothers? Born in a Ukrainian zoo, then sold to attract visitors at an ostrich farm, where they were constantly manhandled. They became malnourished and sickly. It’s monstrous to think how they suffered.

Thankfully, Tsar and Jamil were rescued and, after a long terrifying journey through war-torn Ukraine, are now recovering at a half-way house in Belgium.

But, with your help, this is just the beginning of their story.

HELP TSAR AND JAMIL HAVE A BETTER FUTURE ( [link removed] )

How we long to transform their lives and lavish them with the care and love they deserve! Do you feel the same way? That the well-being of every single lion matters? Your gift could be the purrfect way to celebrate World Lion Day.

Lions belong in Africa of course and, here at our sanctuary in South Africa, we’d love to give Tsar and Jamil a forever home. Our team is urgently trying to make arrangements and raise funds to make this dream a reality.

Please donate what you can today.

GIVE A GIFT TODAY ( [link removed] )

Together, let’s roar for lions, celebrate the symbol of Born Free and show Jamil and Tsar the world can be a kind, loving and safe place, forever.

Thank you for standing up for these young lions, on World Lion Day.
