DeSoto County, Thank you for your support, your prayers, and your vote of confidence in yesterday’s election. With overwhelming support, we ended the evening with a strong victory in the Republican Primary for DeSoto County District Attorney.   But our work is not yet over. We will work hard over the next few months to ensure DeSoto County remains red in November.   Cities, like Memphis, have imposed soft-on-crime policies that leaves communities like ours vulnerable. There MUST be a firewall at the state line to protect our families from the violent crime that is raging to our north.   At the same time, we know that we can’t rely on Washington and the federal government to protect our towns from the liberal policies that are destroying this country. We can – and must – take up the battle here at home. As your District Attorney, I look forward to working with law enforcement to implement a conservative agenda that places the safety of honest, hardworking citizens above criminals.  That includes: Defending our constitutional rights, punishing criminals, and combating human trafficking.   While Megan and I are truly humbled by DeSoto County’s support, I remain focused on the task ahead: Protecting the place we call home.
